Assistant Manager, Mountain store departement
Massif du Sud Resort is looking for an Assistant Manager for the Mountain store department. Under the management of his/her supervisor, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for greeting and serving customers at the sales, ski and mountain bike rental boutique, as well as responding to service requests from the adjustment and repair shop.
Main duties:
- Provide good customer service in the sales, rental and workshop departments;
- Open and close mountain boutique departments;
- Supervise a work team;
- Welcome school groups;
- Maintain ski and mountain bike equipment.
Hiring requirements:
- Experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of ski and mountain bike equipment;
- Attention to detail;
- Priority management;

- Weekday and weekend availability.
