Lift Operations Team leader
We are currently recruiting for the position of Lift Operations Team Lift Operations Team Leader. The Team Leader's role is to manage the lift operations team under the supervision of the Senior Supervisor. He/she will be responsible for the daily mechanical checks of the lifts. This person will also be required to do general lift mechanics under the supervision of the lift supervisor, as well as train new employees coming on board as lift attendants.
Main tasks :
- Supervise a work team;
- Operate lifts safely;
- Ensure the safe use and disembarkation of users;
- Apply emergency procedures as required (lift evacuation, power failures power failures, accidents and injuries, etc.);
- Identify all hazards and take corrective action where necessary;
- Maintain loading and unloading areas for chairlifts and other lifts;
- Other related duties (outside winter season).
Hiring requirements:
- Good physical condition
- Good leadership skills
- Observational and analytical skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Customer service skills - Ability to work outdoors (cold and hot days)
- Available weekdays and weekends
- Experience (an asset)
