Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A: Arrival time: from 4pm or later (except in special cases)

Departure time: before 11:00 am (except in special cases)

Q: How many bedrooms do the units have?

A: You can choose between units with one, two, three, four, five or six bedrooms. Can accommodate two, four, six, eight, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen or twenty-four people.

Q: How many bathrooms are there in each unit?

A: There is at least one full bathroom per unit. Refer to the data sheet for each unit to find out how many bathrooms and lavatories there are in each unit.

Q: Are there dishes and glassware in the units?

A: Yes. Each facility is equipped with plates, utensils, glasses, cookware, toaster, coffee maker and more.

Q: Are bedding and towels provided?

A: Yes. All units are equipped with bedding to accommodate the number of people expected per Condos, bed and sofa bed. Towels are provided in the necessary quantity for the number of people in the unit.

Q: Does Hébergement Massif du Sud provide dish soap?

A: Yes. Dish soap is provided in each cabin.

Q: Does Hébergement Massif du Sud provide personal hygiene products?

A: No. You must bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Q: Is there any parking?

A: Yes. There is a minimum of one parking lot per unit. Please refer to the data sheet of each accommodation for the number of parking spaces available.

Q: Is there internet, television and telephone access?

A: All our accommodations are equipped with wireless internet access, it is best to inquire when making your reservation and ask for the password. All our accommodations have a television and a telephone (no long distance calls allowed)

Q: Is there a fireplace in every unit? Is the wood provided?

A: There is a wood burning fireplace in almost every unit (except Le Studio, but Boreal has a gas fireplace). Wood is provided in units that have a wood burning fireplace.

Q: Are there any spas nearby?

A: No. The following units: Le 4 Saisons, Aigle du Massif, Bellevue, Boisé du Midi (66), Élégance, Villa du Sud and the Altitude 38 all have a spa.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: No. No pets are allowed, under penalty of a $500 fine. See the Policy and Terms tab.

Q: Where can I store my skis?

A: Some condos have storage space for skis/bikes. If your unit doesn’t have one, you can rent a locker in the main building of the Massif du Sud Resort.

Q: Where are the units located?

A: The properties are located on the side of the mountain in front of the ski mountain, which guarantees a view of the ski slopes no matter where you are. All of our accommodations are located within a 5 km radius of the ski chalet.

Q: Do you have a restaurant on site?

A: Yes. Restaurant service of the Station Touristique Massif du Sud.

Q: Do your accommodations have ski-in ski-out access?

A: No. This expression means that the condos would be located directly on the slopes, while ours are located on the mountain in front of the ski resort.

Q: Do you rent skis?

A: Yes. We have a rental counter located in the main chalet of the Massif du Sud Tourist Station.

Q: Are your rates based on one person?

A: No. Our prices are based on the unit and the chosen period.

Q: Can I bring guests?

A: Yes. Guests are permitted to stay for the day. However, they will not be able to spend the night in your accommodation.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes?

A: Yes. We are required to collect GST and QST taxes from our customers. Please note that there is also an accommodation tax of 3.5% on the basic unit rate.

Q: Are there elevators in the units?

A: No. The condos have no elevator. Some have only one floor if guests have limited physical abilities.

Q: Are there any interesting activities to do in and around Le Massif du Sud?

A: Yes. Refer to our “Activities” section to find out about activities on site and nearby such as downhill skiing, snowshoeing, the Ranch, dog sledding, snowmobiling, etc.
