As we are located on the north side, our opening hours vary depending on the amount of sunshine. At the start of the season, until February, the station is open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. From February until the end of the season, we are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Dogs are only permitted on the side of the main chalet. It is forbidden to cross the bridge with a dog to access the ski area or cycle paths.
When you arrive at the station, you'll find two self-service kiosks to collect your day tickets, located outside the main door of the chalet (under the gallery). Simply scan your QR code and follow the on-screen instructions. You must have your RFID card.
Yes! We have a vast inventory of downhill skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing equipment. We can serve all customers, regardless of age or skill level.

From the age of 3, your child can participate in private lessons or group classes.
Cancellation Policy
Missed group classes cannot be rescheduled.
For privately scheduled lessons :
Cancellation 72 hours or more before the class: full refund.
Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before the class: rescheduling possible without penalty, but no refund.
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the class: neither refund nor rescheduling will be possible.
Group classes canceled due to weather will be rescheduled at the end of the planned 8 weeks.
Private lessons will be rescheduled or refunded.
No, but we offer a rental service at a special rate : $125 (boots, poles, skis, or snowboard) for the full season or $15 for the duration of the class.
We do not offer trial classes for group lessons, but you can book a private lesson by the hour to experience our approach.

Yes, depending on the duration, the temperature, and the needs of the participants. The Shack-Squatch, located at the bottom of the beginner slope, allows for a break without returning to the lodge.
Parents cannot attend the class, but they can accompany a young beginner for the first downhill runs if necessary. However, it should be noted that it is highly recommended for the parent to be absent during the class for more receptive and easier learning.
An observation area is set up near the beginner slope and the Bunny Hill.
Our instructors gently introduce the equipment and basic techniques : braking, turning, stopping — in a safe and playful environment.
